The Plans

What we sell, what's in each plan, and which one to pitch to whom.

What we actually sell

Not "a website." We sell: "never think about your website again."

The subscription is the product. The website is how we deliver it.

The three plans

EssentialsGrowthCommerce
Monthly$99/mo$179/mo$299/mo
Setup fee$199$499quoted, from $999
In one lineProfessional site + Google, fully managed+ online booking, reviews, 2nd language+ sell online with payments

Setup is waived with a 12-month commitment (Essentials & Growth). More on that in two slides.

Essentials — $99/mo

What they get

  • 5-page professional website
  • Domain in their name + hosting + backups
  • Google Business Profile setup + monthly updates
  • Contact form with text alerts
  • 2 content updates/month, 1-business-day turnaround
  • Monthly plain-English report

Who it's for

Any shop with no website (or a dead one). The default pitch — when in doubt, pitch Essentials.

"$99 a month, everything handled. You own your domain, cancel anytime."

Growth — $179/mo ★ most popular

Everything in Essentials, plus

  • Online booking & scheduling
  • Automated review requests after each visit
  • 1 blog/news post written for them monthly
  • Photo & video galleries
  • Second language (English / Spanish / Portuguese)
  • 5 updates/month + quarterly call

Who it's for

Anyone who books appointments — which is every salon, barbershop, and nail studio we call. If they mention Booksy or no-shows, pitch Growth.

"Booking, automatic review requests, and a Spanish version of your site — that's the Growth plan."

Commerce — $299/mo

Everything in Growth, plus

  • Sell online: products, services, gift cards
  • Secure payments (Stripe or Square)
  • Pickup / delivery options
  • Order alerts to their phone
  • Sales in the monthly report

Who it's for — and a caution

Shops that sell products or gift cards online.

Sell carefully: the setup is quoted per shop (from $999) — never promise a Commerce price on the spot. Say: "Let me have Mauricio scope that — you'll get a fixed quote, no surprises."

Setup fees & the 12-month waiver

"If you commit to a year, I'll waive the $199 setup. And if you ever leave early, the only thing you'd owe is that setup fee we waived — no other penalty."

The promises we always keep

These four sentences close deals. Local businesses have been burned by agencies that hold domains hostage — we are the opposite, on paper.

What we never do

The magic sentence: "Great question — let me have Mauricio scope that and you'll get a fixed quote in writing." It's always safe.

The money math that closes salons

A salon's regular client is worth $500–$1,500 a year.

2–3 new clients a year = the site pays for itself
"If this website brings you two new regulars a year — just two — it's already paid for itself. Everything after that is profit."
